Directs workflow and site management of multiple loan centers, in multiple states; Establish, monitor and maintain goals, also, implement policies and procedures. Execute strategies to align department with business objectives and division goals.
Partner with other business lines to maximize internal efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Recommend and/or make decisions in personnel-related matters, such as employee performance reviews and appraisals, salary recommendations, promotions, termination, etc.
Recruit operations staff for site, including variable and temporary staffing. Recommend changes to job descriptions, grade levels and associated responsibilities.
Oversees compliance with state and federal regulations company policies and investor requirements.
Establishes controls to monitor compliance and evaluates the achievement of such goals throughout the Company. Review management and information reports including Quality Control, Post Closing, Audit and other reports to determine training needs and evaluate performance.
Develop, implement and maintain processes which promote operational efficiencies and quality services. Formulates and interprets internal policies and procedures, organizational structures and productivity standards, for each Center and oversees compliance to these standards. Prioritize and monitor requests for systems changes and enhancements for the Company.
Balance the demands of customers, bank branches and sales force, with sometimes conflicting requirements and perception of operations. Provide Support to multiple site operations with HLS, EVP, for operational requirements and compliance issues. Trains and develops subordinate managers in relevant technical facilitation, human resources, industry and company related policy and procedure. Take on leadership role for different committees as they are formed, based on current needs of the Company.
Ensure timely and comprehensive communication with Operations, Sales, Credit, and Technology and Management staff; while providing superior customer service and attain HLS standards. Use innovative thinking when tackling principles, theories and concepts relating to wide a scope of problems. Continually demand excellence, pledges a commitment and maintain a team dedicated to the highest qualities and achievements. Other related duties as they are so assigned by the HLS, EVP.
10+ years experience in residential mortgage and home equity
Skilled in Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Operations Management
Risk, Compliance & Credit knowledge
Expert knowledge of all residential mortgage products, including but not limited
to FNMA, FHA & VA guidelines
Background is required
Proven ability to remain current with industry changes and modifications.
BA/MA or MBA in finance, economics, or management
Demonstrated strong organizational, team building and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate others
Experience with managing multiple sites
Willingness to travel as needed

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
